Financial report available to review
No old business
New business: The CNX Heavy Haul agreement for Wilbert Way is up for renewal. Road has been inspected and found to be in acceptable condition. Motion by Sanders to renew agreement, seconded by Bartolotto. All agreed.
About the CPA discussion, Randy thinks that since the price to pay the CPA is very close to what the elected auditors would be paid that the township should continue to use the CPA for the annual audit as they are professionals and can give financial advice as well. The conversation will be delayed until the other auditors are contacted for their opinions. The auditor’s responsibilities were discussed shortly.
Dietrich has some prices and examples for memorials for Dusty that were presented. The options were benches at around $3,000 and a copper plaque at around the same price. More prices are coming from another company and will be discussed at a later date.
The 2024 proposed budget was available and discussed. It will be available at the township office for residents to review. The final budget will be adopted at the meeting on December 19th.
Motion by Sanders to approve the proposed budget, seconded by Bartolotto. All agreed.
Motion by Sanders to review and pay bills, seconded by Bartolotto. All agreed.
