The Morris Township Board of Supervisors held their regular meeting at the Municipal Building following the reorganization meeting. Present were Supervisors Dave Dietrich, Rob Sanders and Sam Bartolotto, Greg Dunn, Randy Hamilton, Tim Hamilton, Doug Smith, Jeff Mooney.
Meeting called to order at 7:37.
Motion by Sanders to accept the minutes from previous meeting as written, 2nd by Dietrich.
Road Master report read.
No Old Business.
New Business: Randy would like a building permit report and overtime report given at meetings.
Salaries of employees: Jeff Mooney requested a half hour paid lunch instead of staying an extra half hour. Dietrich would like to table the issue to check with other townships to see if they are doing the same. Jeff asked for $1.10 per hour salary increase. Motion by Sanders to increase Jeff’s hourly rate by $1.00, 2nd by Bartolotto. Motion by Sanders to increase Pam’s hourly rate by $1.00, 2nd by Dietrich.
Doug has jugs from Christmas luminaries in his barn and agreed to store them until next year. Discussion on sand and disposal of it.
Motion to review and pay bills by Sanders, 2nd by Bartolotto.
