Randy said it is helpful if people from the community show up in support. Doug agrees.
New Business: Regarding the truck order, the trucks were made incorrectly. They did not have the hydraulic pumps mounted on the front like they were supposed to be. The company offered to try to retrofit the parts after the fact but we are not confident that they will work as required or last like we will need them to so we will cancel the order and start again with one new truck. If we are happy with one, we can order another in the future. Doug stated he was happy with the decision and that the should be done right. Marty asked about a price lock but we may not even go with the same company for the new order.
Randy asked about a sound system for the conference room since people are having a hard time hearing everything that is said. Bracey will look into prices on systems.
Motion by Bartolotto to review and pay bills. 2nd by Dietrich. All agreed.
