The Morris Township Supervisors met for their regular meeting at the Municipal Building.  Present were Supervisors Sam Bartolotto, Dave Dietrich, Rob Sanders, Solicitor Dennis Makel, Zoning Officer Bob Sanders, Greg Dunn, Karen Shaw, Tim Hamilton, Randy Hamilton, Scott Finch, Doug & Pegg Smith, Punkin (Sherman Marker), Dave Watt, Patrick Bracey, George Bracey, Glen Crouse, Jeff Mooney, John and Marci Lindley.

Meeting was called to order at 6:00.

Public Participation:  Randy spoke about the fee schedule, heavy hauling limits, road report, public participation policy, fire calls.

Comments about these subjects from Patrick, Scott and Doug. Doug also asked about truck signs.

Karen asked for reports from committees on agenda.

Tim asked for a page on the Township website for public comments.  Discussion on web site/liabilities.  Karen brought up the Christmas luminaries, they were a success and she would like to do them again.  MacBracey Corp offered to supply the sand and Dennis Makel offered to buy the candles.

Fee schedule was discussed at length. More discussion on Public Participation Policy.

Dietrich stated that it seems like nobody is happy with the Public Participation Policy so we probably should not implement it now. He asked if there was a motion to adopt the Participation Policy. There was no motion so policy will not be adopted at this time.

Old Business: Fee schedule is coming along.

On the subject of the water line that was requested at the last meeting, Sanders spoke to a representative from Southwest PA Water Authority in Greene County, and they are willing to discuss extending their water line into our county. He will look further into that.

Motion to review and pay bills made by Sanders, second by Bartolotto.  All agreed. Meeting adjourned 7:17
