The Morris Township Board of Supervisors met for their regular meeting at the Municipal Building. Present were Supervisors Sam Bartolotto, Dave Dietrich and Patrick Bracey, Zoning Officer Bob Sanders, RC Cassity from the Washington County Sewage Council, Bruce Livingood, Mike & Billie Schwarz. The meeting was called to order at 7:00.
Public Participation: Mike had a comment and question about the budget.
Question from Bracey about the garage doors. The Road crew did the framing, and Trinity Doors is supposed to have the doors done this week.
Motion by Bartolotto to accept the minutes from the November 17th meeting as written. Seconded by Dietrich, all agreed.
Police report was read by Bartolotto
Road Report was available for review.
Question about Cinder deliveries by Bracey.
There was no old or new business.
An email was received earlier about the payment for the cab and chassis for the trucks, that is due by the end of the year. Discussion about whether to pay for them outright or finance. Discussion on rates. Bracey will speak with Washington Financial, Dietrich will call Fyda and see about rates with them.
Discussion on how frequently to submit payment reimbursements from the grants for the invoices from Stiffler McGraw for the Act 537 planning. We will submit monthly as the invoices arrive.
Motion by Bartolotto to review and pay bills. Seconded by Dietrich, all agreed.
