The Morris Township Board of Supervisors met for their regular meeting at the Municipal Building. Present were Supervisors Sam Bartolotto, Rob Sanders & Dave Dietrich, Zoning Officer Bob Sanders, Jeff Mooney and Doug Smith. Meeting took place after conditional use hearings and was called to order at 6:19.
In Public comments: Doug Smith asked about a sign about a rig moving to the Castro site. Dietrich explained that the Falcon Rig will be moved to do vertical holes. No horizontal drilling will be done until July. Doug asked if a plat map was available for the proposed wells. Dave will see if we can get that. He also explained the process and timing (two days to move and six weeks to drill).
Motion by Sanders to accept minutes from previous meeting as written. Seconded by Bartolotto. All agreed.

New business: Motion by Sanders to pass Resolution 5 of 2022 to appoint Wm. T Grimm to do the annual audit for the year 2022. Seconded by Bartolotto. All agreed.
Motion by Sanders to adopt Resolution #6 pf 2022 to set the tax rate at 0.073 mills, .04486 to the general fund, .122 to the capital fund and .122 to the fire department. No increase from last year. Seconded by Bartolotto. All agreed.
Motion by Sanders to adopt Resolution #7 of 2022, adopting the final budget for 2023. Seconded by Bartolotto. All agreed.
Motion by Sanders to accept the heavy haul agreement with Oak Leaf Forest Products, LLC for timbering on Pie Ridge Rd. Seconded by Dietrich. All agreed.
Motion by Sanders to review and pay bills. Seconded by Bartolotto. All agreed.
