The Morris Township Board of Supervisors met for their regular meeting at the Municipal Building. Present were Supervisors Sam Bartolotto, Rob Sanders, and Dave Dietrich, Zoning Officer Bob Sanders, Greg Dunn, Dusty Stockdale.
There was no Public Participation.
Motion by Sanders to accept the minutes from the previous meeting as written. Seconded by Bartolotto. All agreed.
Police report was reviewed by Bartolotto. It is posted in the entryway of the office.
Fire report was read by Dietrich. There were 17 fire calls in the last month, 3 during working hours.
Road Report was read.
No Old Business.
In new business: Motion by Sanders to approve the access road(driveway) application by CNX for NV113.
Seconded by Dietrich. All agreed.
The LSA grant applications will be accepted starting in September. We would like to discuss the possibility of applying for assistance with the water line or the sewage project. A meeting will be set up with Terri, the grant writer from Harshman.
Pam provided a price for a dog waste station for the walking trail, which includes a trash can and bag dispenser for people to use to clean up after their pets on the trail.
Motion by Sanders to purchase one for $229.99. Seconded by Bartolotto. All agreed.
Motion to review and pay bills by Sanders, seconded by Dietrich. All agreed.
