The Morris Township Board of Supervisors met for their regular meeting at the Municipal Building.  Present were Supervisors Sam Bartolotto, Dave Dietrich and Rob Sanders, Zoning Officer Bob Sanders, Greg Dunny, Randy Hamilton, Tim Hamilton, Jason Henry from Greer, Glenn Crouse and Doug Smith.

Meeting was called to order at 6:00.

Public Comments: Randy Hamilton – talked about walking trail agreement, stated that he is filing a RTK request to see Harshman bills.

Motion by Sanders to accept minutes from the April 5 meeting as written(with missing letters added)

Seconded by Bartolotto.

Pam mentioned that there was a mistake on last months financial report that has been corrected.

March financial report was available.  Road Report Read.

In Old Business: Bartolotto spoke to a Verizon representative, he had Fios installed at his house. Some areas are ready to go but some areas have underground service, and that work has to be contracted out so Verizon has to wait for the contractors to be available to do it. All of Morris Twp is expected to be able to hook up by the end of 2023.

Clean up day is set for Saturday, May 7.  Doug asked about tires. None will be collected at clean up day but if the county does a collection, we will notify residents and can collect a small amount from people.

Jon Carter, who lives on Craft Creek, had an issue with a boundary adjustment from the county that changed his parcel size and moved part of his property into East Finley Township. Mr. Carter was not happy with the change and asked for Morris and East Finley Townships help in putting things back the way they were.  Motion by Sanders to send a letter to the County Assessment office stating that we agree that the boundary between E. Finley and Morris be Dunham Rd. Seconded by Dietrich. All agreed.
