The Morris Township Board of Supervisors met for the reorganization meeting at the Municipal Building. Present were Supervisors Sam Bartolotto, Patrick Bracey and Dave Dietrich, Police Chief Will DeForte, Randy Hamilton, Mike & Billie Schwarz, Doug Smith, Rob Sanders, Jodi Fonner, Tom Dorsey. The meeting was called to order at 7:00.
Motion by Bartolotto to appoint Bracey as Chairman, seconded by Dietrich, all agreed.
Motion by Bracey to appoint Bartolotto as Vice Chair, seconded by Dietrich, all agreed.
Motin by Bracey to reappoint Pam Bartolotto as Secretary/Treasurer, seconded by Dietrich, all agreed.
Motion by Bracey to reappoint Rob Sanders and Jeff Mooney to Road Crew, seconded by Dietrich, all agreed.
Motion by Bracey to reappoint Dave Dietrich as Road Master, seconded by Bartolotto, all agreed.
Motion by Bracey to reappoint Bob Sanders as Zoning Officer, seconded by Dietrich, all agreed.
Motion by Bracey to reappoint Shelby Bamberger to Planning Commission, seconded by Bartolotto, all agreed.
Zoning hearing board has a vacancy, Ryan Coffield does not want to be reappointed, appointment to be made later.
Motion by Bracey to reappoint Dennis Makel as Solicitor, seconded by Bartolotto, all agreed.
Motion by Bracey to reappoint Harshman CE Group as Engineer, seconded by Bartolotto, all agreed.
Motion by Bracey to retain Wash. Financial and PLGIT as depositories, seconded by Bartolotto, all agreed.

Motion by Bartolotto to hold future meetings on the first Tuesday of each month at 7:00, changing from twice monthly to once a month, seconded by Bracey, all agreed.
Motion by Bracey to increase road worker salaries by 3%, 2% in hourly rate, 1% will be reflected in health insurance increased cost. Seconded by Bartolotto, opposed by Dietrich. Motion carried. This will bring Rob’s hourly rate to $30.78, Jeff’s rate will be $26.42.
Motion by Bracey to increase the Secretary and Assistant Secretary’s hourly rates by 3%, seconded by Dietrich, Bartolotto abstained. Pam’s hourly rate will increase to 24.40, Marissa’s, to $17.51. The meeting was adjourned at 7:38
