Archer #1 Schoolhouse, was built in 1882 by Frank and Charles McVay. The original location was on Archer Road, Prosperity, Pa.
So far I know Archer is supposed to be one of 7 one room schoolhouses in the area. There was Archer # 1 and # 2, Sparta, Prosperity, Pie Ridge School, Dunn’s Station and one other one I can’t find.
