Morris Township’s “Refuse Collection Policy” and puts forth the following statement of Purpose:
“It is in the public interest to regulate and ensure the collection of refuse, garbage etc. in order to ensure the quality of life of the Township residents and to facilitate the attraction of the Township to potential purchasers of land situated in Morris Township. The Township will utilize those funds received from the Act 13/Impact Fees when available and other necessary fund sources for this Policy.”
