Road Masters report read.

Reita Melvin and Rick Newton gave presentation on Regional Revitalization Planning process and how people can get involved. There were some comments and questions from residents. There will be a web site coming out that will be posted when it is available.  The steering committee meets the second Tuesday of each month at 6:30 at the Newton building in Claysville.

In old business: Reported by Pam.  Smith filed complaint with FCC.  It was forwarded to Verizon. He received a call from someone at Verizon who said that our area was supposed to be completed by the end of next year.  He is waiting on another call.

In new business:  A letter on vacating the subdivision ordinance from Solicitor Hook was discussed briefly but further discussion was tabled until all of the supervisors are present.

Pam mentioned the funds that the township will be receiving from the American Rescue Plan and presented a list of allowable expenditures to the supervisors.

The Whiskey Rebellion Gravel Run is taking place this year on May 22.  The starting & finish line will be at the park and some of the volunteers and participants will be staying at the park Friday night.  A consulting firm from Pittsburgh will be setting up wifi connection from the roof of the building to the pavilion and the park entrance.  We can get a quote on leaving it for us if we are interested.  We’ll get the estimate then discuss if it is something we are interested in keeping.

Laura Watt talked about community events, maybe having a picnic for the area residents.

Motion by Sanders to review and pay bills.  2nd by Dietrich. Meeting adjourned 8:12
